Monday Moments

• This is the first time I have really sat down since I got up this morning. I hate it when days get this long.
• Calvin seems to be doing better. We had some serious discussions Friday, there was a lot of baby like behaviour from him on the weekend and yesterday and today have been great days. I better not say that to loud!
• I have a friend who is in crisis, it is really hard to watch and witness as I feel pretty helpless.
• It is really, really cold here in the great white north but sadly it is not very white yet, I like it better when there is less ice and more snow.
• We are working on putting a rink in the yard, it is not working so well yet, I'll keep you posted.
• I am really enjoying a rum and coke, it is making the whole day seem a little better.
• I got turkeys at a really good price, that makes me happy.
• I am starting to look forward to the boys being home for the holidays, they timing is crazy, December 23 to Jan. 9 it is still only two weeks but the timing is strange. The school sin the big city have a way better plan as they get out this Friday and go back on the 3rd.
• I was supposed to bottle our holiday wine today and I had to cancel, I was feeling a bit to overwhelmed with all the other things that had to happen.
• I think my Christmas shopping is done, well almost all of it anyway.
• I love that I can watch TV online now, I look forward to watching things I can not usually watch.
• I feel like I am really rambly tonight.
• Fudge has taken a lesson in defiance 101, he has been doing the exact opposite of what I ask him for the last 2 days, it's not working so well for him and yet he keeps doing it.
• Time to go catch up on some dishes, I wish I had a fairy to do those well. Can someone tell me why there are not fairies to do my laundry and dishes, life would be better if there was.
